About the Role
Ensure AICA meets the highest standards of clinical accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance. You'll develop comprehensive testing frameworks while implementing enterprise-grade security measures for sensitive healthcare data across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Accuracy Validation: Develop and execute testing protocols for AI models against expert-reviewed datasets.
- Security Implementation: Implement enterprise-grade security controls, compliance measures, and comprehensive security frameworks.
- Automated Testing: Build robust CI/CD pipelines with comprehensive test coverage for all platform components.
- Compliance Auditing: Ensure ongoing compliance with healthcare data regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Penetration Testing: Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability management, and threat modeling.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years QA engineering experience with strong focus on security and compliance testing.
- Proven experience with healthcare compliance frameworks and regulatory validation processes.
- Strong background in automated testing, CI/CD pipeline development, and quality assurance methodologies.
- Knowledge of security best practices, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment tools.
- Proficiency with testing frameworks, security tools, and compliance documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare IT security experience with clinical systems or patient data protection.
- SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar compliance certifications and audit experience.
- Experience with clinical software validation and FDA/Health Canada regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of Canadian privacy regulations and cross-border data transfer compliance.
