About the Role
Build and maintain the cloud infrastructure supporting AICA's global deployment. You'll ensure 99.9% uptime while managing multi-region deployments, automated scaling, and disaster recovery for mission-critical healthcare systems serving thousands of physicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Maintain and scale cloud platform deployment with data residency and multi-region capabilities.
- CI/CD Pipeline Development: Build sophisticated automated deployment pipelines enabling rapid iteration and zero-downtime deployments.
- Monitoring & Alerting: Implement comprehensive observability, logging, and alerting systems for 24/7 operations.
- Scaling Architecture: Design and implement auto-scaling solutions for rapidly growing user base and enterprise customers.
- Disaster Recovery: Implement robust backup, recovery, and business continuity procedures for mission-critical data protection.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years DevOps or cloud infrastructure experience with enterprise-scale deployments.
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform or AWS including compute, storage, and networking services.
- Proficiency with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform, Ansible, or similar automation platforms.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools for production system management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare IT infrastructure experience with compliance-focused cloud deployments.
- Experience with multi-region deployments and Canadian data residency requirements.
- Knowledge of high-availability system design and disaster recovery planning.
- Background in security-focused infrastructure and compliance automation.
